No parishioners wished to speak.
15.2007 Declarations of Interest
No declarations of interest were made.
The Chairman opened the meeting at 3.15pm.
16.2007 Blackdown Nursing Home
- Wheelie Bin shed no objections. Members were impressed with the standard of building work carried out after previous approvals at this complex.
17.2007 Midlands Barn
Detached single storey garage and studio/workshop.
Members are still of the opinion that a precedent was being set with this proposal. Recent developments in this area had only been extensions to properties until now.
18.2007 Land to the north of the Royal Standard Inn for Community
Housing Project
Objections from members due to the viability of the scheme, contributions will have to be made to road safety, education, surface and foul water drainage. Proposed site outside of Local Plan identified development area.
Local needs housing being incorporated in Blackdown Garage site.
There being no further business the meeting was formally closed by the
Chairman at 4.50pm.
