MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE

104.2008 Parishioners time:  

No parishioners wished to speak.

105.2008 Declarations of Interest

None.

The Chairman opened the meeting at 6pm.

106.2008 - Blackdown Garage Site – The amended planning application received from Tetlow

King for the Blackdown Garage Site was discussed.  Mary Tavy Parish Council have strong objections to the amended plans as presented due to insufficient information being provided with the plans. No Viability Report or Planning Statement has been submitted.  This does not allow members to consider the application fully. Comments will be forwarded to DNPA. Members are not happy with design and layout of some units.

 

Plans are to be displayed for public viewing on Friday 20^th June & Saturday 21^st June 2008 at the Reading Rooms, Mary Tavy.

 

There being no further business the meeting was formally closed by the Chairman at 6.50pm.
